The SNC LA FERME DE LA RUAZ is carrying out a programme in Valloire in the Savoie department. This property merchant operation consists of the partial renovation of a very well placed farmhouse with 6 apartments. The target amount of the fundraising will be €200,000. We would like to inform you that this project in Valloire is being undertaken by a Société en Nom Collectif whose manager and 2 partners are themselves partners of EuroRaiser. In order for there to be an alignment of interests between investors and EuroRaiser’s management, the partners are personally investors in this project.
Valloire is located 2 hours and 30 minutes from Lyon, the project will be built on a 861 m² site on which the farm to be renovated is located. The project is characterized by the construction of 6 housing units ranging from studio to T4 in a farmhouse R+2. The total living area is 386 m². On the ground floor, the studio (23 m²), the T2 (35 m²) and a T4 (93 m²) have already been renovated while on the 1st floor a T4 of 70 m² is to be renovated. On the 2nd floor, 2 plateaus will remain to be partitioned to make 2 T4s. In addition, a parcel of land of 287 m² is dedicated to detachment for resale. This plot will allow the construction of a chalet of 120 m² of living space.

Within a radius of 90 km, there are many passes made famous by the Tour de France, such as the Galibier, the Madeleine, the Croix de Fer, the Iseran, the Glandon and Mont-Cenis, all located near the Maurienne, which today is known as the world’s largest cycling area. The Tour de France will stop on 25 July 2019 in Valloire for the 18th day of its journey.
